New Clients
New clients are required to book online for their first appointment. Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out paperwork and use the restroom if needed.
Late Policy
If you more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, it is very likely you will have to reschedule and may be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee. Since everyone’s time is valuable, I prefer not to run late for the next client.
Cancellation or No-Show Policy
Cancellations under 24 hours in advance will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee of $15 for every 30 minute block.
No-shows really affect a small business like me. If you have a scheduled appointment, fail to call or text within 12 hours of your appointment time, and don't show up for that appointment, you will be charged a No-Show Fee for 100% of the appointment price.
