To help keep my costs low, a credit card is required to schedule and confirm your appointment through Schedulicity. No charges will be made to the card unless a Late Cancellation or No-Show occurs. The card will not be automatically used to charge the service.
New Clients
New clients are required to book online for their first appointment. Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out paperwork and use the restroom if needed. Please make sure to check out my Waxing Info page for all the details about your wax.
Late Policy
If you more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, it is very likely you will have to reschedule and may be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee. Since everyone’s time is valuable, I prefer not to run late for the next client.
Cancellation or No-Show Policy
If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule online or by phone at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations under 24 hours in advance will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee of $15 for every 30 minute block.
No-shows really affect a small business like me. If you have a scheduled appointment, fail to call or text within 12 hours of your appointment time, and don't show up for that appointment, you will be charged a No-Show Fee for 100% of the appointment price.
